超高层项目消火栓系统永临结合优势分析

摘　　要：临时消防和施工用水永临结合是通过提前插入局部消火栓系统管线,使之成为机电安装工程中永久消防功能的一部分。利用永临结合的方式可有效节约成本、缩短工期,避免漏水隐患,防止对后期精装工序的影响,杜绝了消防用水的真空期,同时,满足“绿色建筑、节能环保”的国家政策。该永临结合方式的具体优点以某项目超高层建筑为例进行说明。Temporary fire fighting and construction water combination is formed by inserting local fire hydrant system pipeline,to be a part of permanent fire protection function in mechanical and electrical installation works.The use of permanent and temporary combination can effectively save cost and shorten construction period,avoid water leakage hidden trouble,prevent impact on later fine decoration process,and put an end to the vacuum period of fire water.At the same time,the national policy of"green building,energy conservation and environmental protection"is met,and specific advantages are illustrated with a project of super high-rise building as an example.
