摘　　要：在核材料衡算领域,中子计数测量是非破坏性分析技术中一种重要的方法,该技术可以对铀钚等核材料进行定量分析。简述了中子测量原理,并搭建中子平板探测器,对影响中子符合计数器测量结果的一些因素进行实验研究,对该方法更好的应用具有一定的参考意义。Neutron measurement technology is an important method of non-destructive analysis technology in the field of nuclear material accounting,which can quantitatively analyze uranium,plutonium and other nuclear materials.This paper briefly describes the principle of neutron measurement,builds flat-panel detector and carries out experimental research on some factors affecting AWCC measurement results,which has certain reference significance for better use of this method.
