摘　　要：本文着重介绍西门子828D数控外圆磨床搭配着东京精密主动测量装置,实现在线测量功能,并通过控制装置发送BCD码或粗、精、光、尺寸到等控制信号给CNC系统,实现磨削加工的全闭环控制,保证磨削尺寸精度稳定、可靠。This pap er focuses on the Sieme ns 828d CNC cylindrical g「in der with Tokyo precisi on active measuring device to realize the on-line measurement function,and sends BCD code or coarse,fine,light,size and other control signals to the CNC system through the control device,so as to realize the full closed-loop control of grinding and ensure the stability and reliability of grinding dimensional accuracy.
