摘　　要：全集成自动化(TIA)基于西门子丰富的产品系列和优化的自动化系统,为各行业应用领域提供整体的自动化解决方案。全集成自动化以一致的软件和硬件接口,计有大量极为方便的功能,显著地提高了所有自动化任务的效率,无论这些任务涉及硬件组态、通信定义、编程还是涉及测试、调试或者维修等。报表功能用于记录过程数据以及所处理的生产周期。以便创建诸如常规的轮班报表、输出批生产数据,或者生产过程以便进行质量控制。使用“趋势视图”对象,可通过作为时间函数的趋势图的形式,显示当前过程的变量值或日志中的变量值,形成直观的曲线图。Faceplate面板功能,根据提供的HMI接口信息表,项目库中的各文件以对应不同设备使用到类型命名。在实际使用过程中,根据个人程序中设备使用的类型,在项目库中寻找已组态好的Faceplate面板,直接拖入到画面中即可。Totally Integrated Automation(TIA),based on SIEMENS*s rich product line and optimized automation system,provides an overall automation solution for all application areas.With a con siste nt in terface of software and hardware,the fully in tegrated automation has a large n umber of extremely convenient functions,which significantly improves the efficiency of all automation tasks,whether these tasks involve hardware c on figuration,comm un ication definition,programming,test!ng,debugging or maintenance.The report function is used to record process data and the production cycle processed.To create regular shift reports,output batch production data,or production processes for quality control.Using the trend view object,you can display the variable value of the current process or the variable value in the log in the form of trend graph as a time function to form an in tuitive curve.Faceplate function:accord i ng to the HMI in terface in format!on table provided,the files in the project library are named according to the types used by different devices.In the actual use process,according to the type of equipment used in the personal program,find the con figured faceplate panel in the project library,and drag it into the scree n.
