摘　　要：建党百年以来,党领导我国公安事业历经四个阶段的发展前进,不断开创公安工作新局面,在保卫革命、巩固政权和服务社会主义现代化建设的历史进程中,积累了重要的历史经验:始终坚持马克思主义基本原理和中国具体实际相结合;始终坚持党对公安事业的绝对领导,确保公安机关贯彻落实党的大政方针;始终坚持以人民为中心的根本立场,切实做到人民公安为人民;始终坚持以自我革命精神持续加强公安队伍建设。新时代党领导公安事业的路径有:发扬公安机关优良传统,持续推进党绝对领导下的公安机关政治建设;坚持以习近平法治思想为指导,推进新时代法治公安建设;大力推进新时代智慧警务、数字警务建设和公安机关风险应对能力建设等。In the 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it has led China’s public security cause through four stages of development and accumulated important historical experience:always adhering to the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and China’s specific reality;Always adhere to the party’s absolute leadership over the cause of public security and ensure that public security organs implement the party’s major policies;Always adhere to the fundamental position of taking the people as the center,and earnestly ensure that the people’s public security is for the people;Always adhere to the spirit of self-revolution and continue to strengthen the construction of the public security team.The ways for the party to lead the public security cause in the new era are:carrying forward the fine tradition of public security organs and continuously promoting the political construction under the absolute leadership of the party;Adhering to Xi Jinping’s thought of rule by law,we should promote the construction of public security under the rule of law.We should promote the construction of intelligent policing,digital policing and risk response capacity of public security organs in the new era.
