摘 要:克劳斯燃烧炉是脱硫工艺中重要的设备,克劳斯燃烧炉的结构对炉内气体的流动和反应有显著影响。对扼流圈结构、常规工艺和补酸气工艺下不同花墙结构的燃烧炉进行数值模拟,对比停留时间及混合程度,找出最优的燃烧炉结构。结果表明:花墙结构明显增加了炉内气体的混合程度并延长了停留时间。对于不同花墙结构,孔板延长的双旋花墙结构的克劳斯燃烧炉炉内气体混合效果最好,停留时间相对于扼流圈结构增加了6.32 s。补酸气工艺可以降低燃烧炉出口SO2的质量分数并提高硫单质的产率。通过选取最优的克劳斯燃烧炉结构,对克劳斯燃烧炉进行流场定制,有利于燃烧炉内反应的充分进行。Claus furnace is an important equipment in desulfurization process.The structure of Claus furnace has a significant effect on the gas flow and reaction in the furnace.The choke structure,conventional process and acid gas supplemental process with different checker wall structure were numerically simulated,and the residence time and mixing degree of these structures were compared to find the optimal furnace structure.It was found that the checker wall structure significantly increased the mixing degree and residence time of the gas in the furnace.For different checker wall structures,the Claus furnace with the orifice plate extension and the double rotation checker wall structure had the best gas mixing effect and the residence time increased by 6.32 s compared with the choke structure.The acid gas replenishment process could reduce the mass fraction of SO2 and increase the yield of sulfur.It is beneficial to complete reaction in the Claus furnace to customize the flow field of the Claus furnace by selecting the optimal Claus furnace structure.
