摘 要:采用芬顿(Fenton)氧化工艺处理甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)污染废水。筛选了H_(2)O_(2)稳定助剂,在常规Fenton氧化基础上加入无机磷酸盐稳定H_(2)O_(2),探究了初始pH值(pH0值),硫酸亚铁和H_(2)O_(2)物质的量之比(Fe^(2+):H_(2)O_(2)),磷酸铵和H_(2)O_(2)物质的量之比(P:H_(2)O_(2))以及MTBE和H_(2)O_(2)物质的量之比(MTBE:H_(2)O_(2))对水中总有机碳(TOC)去除率的影响。研究结果表明:采用磷酸铵为稳定剂,60 min内H_(2)O_(2)分解率为9.6%,比不加磷酸铵时降低了约60%;在pH0值为4.8,Fe^(2+):H_(2)O_(2)为1:10,P:H_(2)O_(2)为1:55,MTBE:H_(2)O_(2)为1:40的条件下,TOC去除率比不加稳定剂时提高约20%。添加稳定剂磷酸铵显著提高了Fenton氧化MTBE的处理效果,对Fenton氧化处理有机废水具有重要参考意义。Fenton oxidation was applied for methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)degradation.H_(2)O_(2)stabilizers were firstly screened and inorganic phosphate was proved to be the best stabilizer.Factors affecting TOC removal efficiency including initial pH value(pH0),molar ratio of ferrous sulfate to H_(2)O_(2)(Fe^(2+):H_(2)O_(2)),molar ratio of ammonium phosphate to H_(2)O_(2)(P:H_(2)O_(2))and molar ratio of MTBE to H_(2)O_(2)(MTBE:H_(2)O_(2))were investigated.The results showed to H_(2)O_(2)decomposition was 9.6%in 60 min with ammonium phosphate as stabilizer,which was 60%lower than that without ammonium phosphate.When pH0 value was 4.8,Fe^(2+):H_(2)O_(2)was 1:10,P:H_(2)O_(2)was 1:55,and MTBE:H_(2)O_(2)was 1:40,TOC removal efficiency reached optimum value,which was 20%higher than that without ammonium phosphate.The addition of ammonium phosphate as stabilizer significantly improved the treatment effect of Fenton oxidation on MTBE degradation,which had an important reference significance for Fenton oxidation treatment of organic wastewater.
