摘 要:随着我国炼化一体化和煤制烯烃产能的快速扩大,石化行业C4/C5烯烃的资源总量越来越大,但高效利用的途径较少。目前,全球对丙烯的需求不断增长,利用烯烃催化裂解技术将C4/C5烯烃转化为高附加值的丙烯、乙烯成为一种极具应用前景的工艺路线。从烯烃裂解催化剂、国内外烯烃裂解工艺等角度详细介绍了现阶段烯烃催化裂解技术的研究进展,研究结果显示催化剂是烯烃催化裂解技术的关键,不同工艺技术路线也具有各自的特点。并对烯烃催化裂解技术的发展进行了展望,其中高选择性催化剂和大型化技术的开发是未来需要深入开展的工作。At present,the total resources of C4/C5 olefins are large and there are few routes for the efficient utilization with the development of China’s refining and chemical integration and the rapid expansion of coal-to-olefin production capacity.Driven by rising demand for propylene worldwide,olefin catalytic cracking technology has broad prospects for converting low valued light olefins into high value-added propylene and ethylene.From the perspectives of olefin cracking catalysts and processes at home and abroad,the latest advances in olefin catalytic cracking technology are introduced in detail.It is believed that the key to the olefin catalytic cracking technology lies in the research and development of high-performance catalysts.Different technical routes also have their own characteristics.The R&D of the olefin catalytic cracking technology is also forecasted.The development of both highly selective catalysts and large-scale technologies needs to be carried out in depth in the future.
