摘  要:目的:优化调平康片的包衣工艺。方法:选取包衣片收得率为考察指标,采用正交试验法L 9(34)探讨包衣浆浓度、喷枪距离、蠕动泵转速三个因素对该片包衣的影响程度。结果:包衣片收得率影响程度顺序为包衣浆浓度>蠕动泵转速>喷枪距离,包衣浆浓度、蠕动泵转速对包衣的影响具显著差异,喷枪距离对包衣的影响无显著差异。结论:所建立的工艺A_(2)C_(2)B_(2)重复性、稳定性好。Objective To optimize the coating process of Tiaopingkang tablets.Methods The yield rate of the coated tablets was selected as the evaluation index,and the orthogonal test method L 9(34)was used to investigate the influence of the three factors of coating slurry concentration,spray gun distance,and peristaltic pump speed on the tablet coating.Results The order of the degree of influence on the yield of coated tablets was:coating slurry concentration>peristaltic pump speed>spray gun distance.The influence of coating slurry concentration and peristaltic pump speed on the coating was significantly different.The spray gun distance had no significant effect on the coating.difference.Conclusion The established process A_(2)C_(2)B_(2)has good repeatability and stability.
