摘 要:为了研究尖角磁场对TIG焊接过程的影响,采用小孔探针法和高速摄影法对不同频率尖角磁场作用下的TIG焊电弧压力与电弧形态进行了研究,并分析了磁场频率对焊缝成形质量的影响.结果表明,电弧压力整体呈正态分布,电弧压力随频率的改变呈单峰对称分布.随着磁场频率的增加,电弧边缘电弧压力出现小幅度波动,电弧中心压力值最大,电弧边缘压力较小.电弧形态随着磁场频率的增加而发生旋转收缩现象,焊缝的熔深变大,熔宽变小.In order to study the influence of sharp angular magnetic field on TIG welding process,the arc pressure and arc shape of TIG welding under the influence of sharp angular magnetic field with different frequencies were studied by means of small-hole probe method and high-speed photography,and the influence of magnetic field frequency on weld forming quality was analyzed.The results show that the overall arc pressure is normally distributed,and the arc pressure exhibits a single-peak symmetrical distribution with respect to the change of frequency.With the increase of magnetic field frequency,the arc pressure at arc edge slightly fluctuates,the pressure value at arc center is the largest,while the arc edge pressure is relatively small.Arc shape rotates and shrinks with the increase of magnetic field frequency,the weld depth becomes larger,but the weld width becomes smaller.
