摘  要:为了能够准确测量板材的弹性模量,提出一种基于激光超声的测量方法.研究不同模态超声波在不同传播路径上的传播特性,确定时域信号上波包的模态属性,通过激光超声实验装置精确测量出纵波和表面波的传播速度;通过弹性模量和波速的固有关系,计算得到板材的弹性模量.结果表明,随着激励和接收距离的变化,多种模态超声波在时域上有不同程度的叠加,其叠加程度和超声波的传播路径有关.该方法测量出的板材弹性模量结果和参考值相符,具有较高的精度和无损的特点,为精确测量板材弹性模量提供了一种有效的测试方法.In order to accurately measure the elastic modulus of plates,a testing method based on laser ultrasonic was proposed.The propagation properties of different ultrasonic modes in different propagation ways were studied,and the mode properties of wave packet on time domain signals were verified.The velocities of longitudinal and surface waves were measured by laser ultrasonic testing equipment.The elastic modulus of plates was obtained by the inherent relationship between the elastic modulus and wave velocity.The results show that the ultrasonic waves with different modes will overlap to various degrees at time domain as the distance between excited and received areas changes.The overlapping degree is related to the propagation ways of ultrasonic waves.The elastic modulus of plates measured by as-proposed method,with high precision and non-destructive characteristics,is consistent with the theoretical value,providing an effective method for accurate measurement of the elastic modulus of plates.
