摘 要:为了评价我国现行投入使用的不同下封层技术层间联结效果,分别利用灰度图识别技术和室内剪切试验对其进行了评价.通过灰度图识别技术计算出面层联结率、基层联结率和综合联结率,通过室内剪切试验得到下封层技术的摩擦系数、摩尔库伦曲线和标准轴载作用下的抗剪强度.结果表明,下封层技术的联结效果由优到劣排序为:橡胶沥青碎石下封层、乳化沥青碎石下封层、稀浆下封层和热沥青碎石下封层.灰度图识别方法与室内试验评价结果一致,验证了评价方法的可靠性.In order to evaluate the interlayer bonding effect of different under-sealed layer technologies currently employed in China,the bonding effect was evaluated with the grayscale recognition technology and the indoor shear test.The surface layer bonding rate,base layer bonding rate and integrated bonding rate were calculated with the grayscale recognition technology.In addition,the friction coefficient,Mohr-Coulomb curve and shear strength under the standard axle load were obtained through the indoor shear test.The results show that the ordering of bonding effect of under-sealed layer technology from good to bad is as follows:rubber asphalt under-sealed layer,emulsified asphalt under-sealed layer,slurry under-sealed layer and hot asphalt macadam under-sealed layer.The grayscale recognition method is consistent with the indoor test results,indicating the reliability of this evaluation method.
