基于脱钩视角城市土地利用效率变化研究——以云南省为例

摘　　要：以云南省城市土地扩张与经济增长为实证研究对象,采用改进Tapio弹性系数分析法与GIS空间分析法,将脱钩理论模型分析运用到城市土地利用效率变化的研究中。结果显示,(1)云南省土地扩张速率基本与经济增长速率同步,整体均呈现下降趋势,城市土地扩张速率始终低于经济增长速率且较经济增长更加平缓;(2)多数州市土地利用效率与云南省整体保持一致,呈现较好型发展,玉溪、丽江和迪庆趋于上升型发展,曲靖和怒江呈现波动型发展;(3)政府政策、固定资产投资、经济发展水平、产业结构调整、基础设施建设、自然环境等因素对城市土地效率的变化影响关系密切。Taking urban land expansion and economic growth of Yunnan Province as the empirical research object,applies the decoupling theoretical model analysis to the research of urban land use efficiency changeby using the improved Tapio elastic coefficient analysis method and GIS spatial analysis method.The following conclusions are drawn,(1)the rate of land expansion in Yunnan Province is basically synchronized with the rate of economic growth,showing a downward trend as a whole.The rate of urban land expansion has always been lower than the rate of economic growth,which is more gradual than economic growth;(2)the land use efficiency of most Yunnan cities is consistent with that of Yunnan Province as a whole,and shows a good development.Among them,Yuxi,Lijiang and Diqing tend to develop upwardly,while Qujing and Nujiang tend to develop in a fluctuating manner;(3)government policies,fixed asset investment,economic development level,industrial structure adjustment,infrastructure construction,natural environment and other factors have a close relationship with the changes of urban land efficiency.
