淮海经济区经济弹性时空特征分析

摘　　要：在构建区域经济弹性测度指标体系的基础上,整合熵权法和标准差椭圆模型,分析了2000-2018年淮海经济区经济弹性时空演化特征。结果显示,研究期内淮海经济区城市经济弹性呈增强趋势,经济创新能力是其主导动力。研究期内淮海经济区经济弹性呈核心边缘型格局特征,且核心与边缘之间差异持续拉大;东西方向是淮海经济区经济弹性差异主导方向,南北方向上总体变化不大。省际边界区域上,淮海经济区经济弹性呈现向苏北>鲁南>豫东>皖北的分异格局演变趋势;轴线尺度上,呈现向京沪沿线地区>陇海沿线地区>新石沿线地区>京九沿线地区的分异格局演变趋势;城市类型上,持续保持再生性资源型城市>衰退性资源型城市>非资源型城市>成熟性资源型城市的类型分异特征。On the basis of constructing the index system of regional economic elasticity,the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of economic elasticity in Huaihai Economic Zone from 2000 to 2018 are analyzed by integrating entropy weight method and standard deviation ellipse model.The results show that,during the study period,the economic elasticity of Huaihai Economic Zone is increasing,and the economic innovation ability is the main driving force.During the study period,the economic elasticity of Huaihai Economic Zone is characterized by the core edge pattern,and the difference between the core and the periphery continues to widen;the east-west direction is the dominant direction of the economic elasticity difference in the Huaihai Economic Zone,and the overall change in the north-south direction is not obvious.On the provincial boundary area,the economic elasticity of Huaihai Economic Zone presents the evolution trend of Northern Jiangsu>Southern Shandong>Eastern Henan>Northern Anhui.In terms of urban types,the differentiation characteristics of renewable resource-based cities>declining resource-based cities>non-resource-based cities>mature resource-based cities are maintained continuously.
