摘　　要：平台经济正在为我国经济高质量发展赋能,且经济高质量发展的内在要求是劳动者高质量就业,现有研究结果表明平台经济对就业“量”的扩大作用明显,但对就业“质”的影响还有待研究。本文基于宏观视角,结合社会分工理论、人力资本理论和“配第—克拉克”定理分析了平台经济发展对就业质量的影响及作用机制,同时利用2013~2019年我国16个行业的面板数据进行实证检验。结果发现,不同行业间的平台经济水平差异较大,行业整体就业质量还有待提升;平台经济的发展显著促进就业质量的提升,产业结构升级在其中的中介效应显著。通过对控制变量的研究发现,教育水平正向影响就业质量。Platform economy is empowering China's high-quality economic development,and the inherent requirement of high-quality economic development is high-quality employment of workers.The rencent research results show that platform economy plays an obvious role in expanding the“quantity”of employment,but its impact on the“quality”of employment needs to be further explored.Based on the macro perspective,combined with the theory of social division of labor,human capital theory and the theorem of“Petty-Clark”,this paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of platform economic development on employment quality,and makes an empirical test using the panel data of 16 industries in China from 2013 to 2019.The results show that the level of platform economy varies greatly among different industries,and the overall employment quality of the industry needs to be improved.The development of platform economy significantly promotes the improvement of employment quality,and the mediation effect of industrial structure upgrading is significant.Through the study of the control variables,it is found that the level of education has a positive impact on the quality of employment.
