摘　　要：设计了一套基于嵌入式Linux系统设备为主的硬件模块,配合Python与C搭建的控制端为软件模块组成了锂电快速检测诊断分析系统。该系统主要应用于电动汽车动力电池包及梯次电池的快速检测,其特点是体积轻巧便携,且能够快速诊断动力电池的直流内阻、开路电压及自放电率等数据,并生成电池诊断报告;同时将数据保存到本地和云端,用于后期进一步分析。系统通过便捷且低成本的检测方式,配合云端诊断平台能够将大批量电池更好地利用起来,为完善退役电池及储能后市场提供一定的参考。A hardware module based on embedded Linux system equipment is designed,and a software module based on the control terminal built by Python and C is used to form a lithium battery rapid diagnosis system.The system is mainly used for rapid detection of the power battery pack and echelon battery of electric vehicles.It is characterized by portable and rapid diagnosis of the DC internal resistance,open circuit voltage,self-discharge rate and other data of the power battery,and generation of battery diagnosis report.At the same time,the data is saved to the local and the cloud for further analysis.Through the convenient and low-cost detection method and the cloud diagnosis platform,this system can make better use of large quantities of batteries,providing certain reference for the improvement of retired batteries and energy storage market.
