摘 要:针对某车型开发阶段离合踏板最大踏板力偏大、起始力偏小问题,通过建立踏板力与行程数学模型,分析了各参数对踏板性能影响。通过调整参数使离合踏板助力达到理想状态,并利用测试设备采集对比实车优化前、后的数据,验证了优化方案的可行性和合理性。In view of the problem that the maximum pedal force of the clutch pedal is too large and the starting force is too small in the development stage of a certain model,the influence of each parameter on pedal performance is analyzed by establishing the mathematical model of pedal force and stroke.The feasibility and rationality of the optimization scheme are verified by adjusting the parameters to achieve the ideal state of clutch pedal assistance and using the test equipment to collect the data before and after the optimization of the real vehicle.
