摘 要:根据CaO碳酸化反应强化甲烷水蒸气重整(ReSER)制氢反应的作用原理,分析综述了CaO基吸附剂的性能与反应条件两个主要因素对ReSER强化制氢效果的影响,进一步对ReSER制氢反应工业化的反应器类型和流程研究进展进行了综述。通过分析总结认为:CaO基吸附剂的吸附性能是影响CaO碳酸化反应耦合强化重整反应的根本因素,其吸附容量稳定性是实现ReSER技术工业化的关键;反应条件直接影响ReSER制氢的CH4转化率以及H2浓度等,实际反应条件的选择需要综合考虑强化反应效果和经济成本;根据ReSER反应的特点,选择循环流化床反应器以及相应的反应系统成为可行的工业化的流程,ReSER制氢因反应本身的优势极具工业应用潜力。Based on the principle of hydrogen production reaction from CaO carbonation reaction enhancement of steam methane reforming,the influences of two main factors including the performance of the CaO-based adsorbents and reaction conditions on the reaction sorption enhanced reforming(ReSER)process of methane were summarized.Furthermore,the research progress about industrial reactor types and processes in the hydrogen production of ReSER was reviewed.It was concluded that the adsorption performance of CaO-based adsorbent was the fundamental factor affecting the coupling enhanced reaction,and the durability of its adsorption capacity was the key to realize the industrialization of ReSER technology,and the CH4 conversion and H2 concentration in the hydrogen production of ReSER were directly affected by the reaction conditions.Actually,the enhanced reaction effect and economic cost must be comprehensively considered for the selection of actual reaction conditions.The circulating fluidized bed reactor and the corresponding reaction system were selected to be a feasible industrial process according to the characteristics of the ReSER.The hydrogen production technology of ReSER has great potential for industrial application due to the advantages of the reaction itself.
