摘　　要：目的分析皮肤性病科出院患者DRGs分组情况,评价科室业务水平,为科室精细化管理和学科建设提供依据。方法以2019广西壮族自治区某三级甲等医院皮肤性病科1444例患者作为研究对象,对病案数据和DRGs分组资料进行收集和分析。结果年龄以31-60岁为最多,占44.04%;DRGs分组中重型皮肤疾患,不伴合并症与伴随病(JV15)的入组病例数最多,占9.08%;入组例数前10位中CMI值最高的是重型皮肤疾患,伴严重合并症与伴随病(JV11),CMI值为1.37,占6.14%。对各医疗组进行DRGs指标对比分析,A、B组出院患者的入组例数最多,其中A组DRGs组数分布最广,达到69组;E组入组病例最少,但CMI值最高1.01,综合评分也最高为5.80。结论皮肤性病科的病种覆盖广,整体技术难度较大,医疗效率高,各医疗组间无明显差异;DRGs相关指标能较科学客观的评价临床科室的医疗业务能力。Objective To evaluate the medical service quality for the department of Dermatology and Venereology by using DRGs system,and to provide references for refined management of department and development of disciplines.Methods 1444 patients in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in 2019 were taken as subjects,and medical record data and DRGs data were collected and analyzed.Results The ages range from 31 to 60 accounted for about 44.04%of the total patients;the patient divided into JV15 group were the most,accounting for about 9.08%;the CMI value of JV11 group is the highest among the top ten group,with 1.37,accounting for about 6.14%.Group A and B has the largest number of patients.Group A has 69 DRGs groups;the patients in group E lower than other group,while the CMI value is the highest with 1.01,and get the highest score compared with others.Conclusion The dermatology department cover a wide range of diseases,the overall technical is difficulty,and the medical efficiency is high.There is no obvious difference between the medical groups.DRGs-related indicators can be used to scientifically and objectively evaluate the medical capabilities of the clinical departments.
