摘　　要：西门子S7-1500 PLC广泛应用于工业控制领域,是一款性能高、运行稳定的控制器,新型的S7-1500控制器除了包含多种创新技术之外,还设定了新标准,最大程度提高生产效率。无论是小型设备还是对速度和准确性要求较高的复杂设备装置,都一一适用。S7-1500无缝集成到TIA博途中,极大提高了工程组态的效率。本文介绍了S7-1500PLC以及博途CS架构在某电子装备集团总部FMCS系统改造工程实例中的应用,其中博途的SiVArc画面自动生成功能极大的提高了工作效率,确保了改造项目的快速进行。Siemens S7-1500 PLC is widely used in the field of industrial control,if s a high performance and running stable con trailer,the new S7-1500 con trailer not only containing a variety of inno vative tech no logies,but also set a new stan dard to maximize the producti on efficiency」t is suitable for both small equipment and complex equipment requiring high speed and accuracy.The S7-1500 was seamlessly integrated into the TIA Portal,greatly improving the efficie ncy of engin eeri ng con figuration.This paperi introduces the applicati on of S7-1500plc and TIA portal in the FMCS system rwconstruction project of an electronic equipment group headquarters.Among them,SiVArc function greatly improve the work efficiency.ensure the rapid progress of the renovation project。
