摘　　要：本文介绍一种IBC桶双工位自动灌装线控制系统,具有空桶自动输送、自动定位、自动拧盖、自动灌装、自动紧盖、重桶自动输送等功能,运用了PLC控制、电机控制、气动技术、高精度称重仪表、传感器、触摸屏等重要技术。极大地提高了IBC桶灌装的自动化程度及生产效率,有效降低了人工劳动强度。This paper introduces a control system of IBC barrel double position automatic filling line, which has the functions of empty barrel automatic conveying, automatic positioning, automatic loosening cap, automatic filling, automatic capping, automatic conveying of heavy barrel, etc., and uses PLC control, motor control, pneumatic technology, high-precision weighing instrument, sensor,touch screen and other important technologies. It greatly improves the automation and production efficiency of IBC barrel filling, and effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers.
