摘  要:以300 W水平轴风力机叶片为研究对象,设计流线型凸包结构,并应用于风轮模型,结合滑移网格技术,对比研究光滑型与流线凸包型风力发电机的绕流场特性以及气动载荷特性,分析了三维绕流场内速度、压力、流线等的变化规律,以及不同风速下风力机的阻力系数及其功率的时程变化规律,探讨了流线凸包型与光滑型风轮在不同风速下运行时绕流特性的差异。结果表明:流线型凸包对流场有较好的改善结果;当风速增大时有明显的减阻效果,最大减阻率为19.53%,但其波动量增加为1.51%;凸包型风轮输出功率明显高于光滑型风轮,但随着风速增加,功率增加率也逐渐减弱。研究结果对水平轴风力机非定常气动特性研究及应用具有重要意义和价值。Taking 300 W horizontal axis wind turbine blade as research object,streamlined convex hull structure was designed and applied to wind turbine model.The flow field characteristics and aerodynamic load characteristics of smooth and convex-package wind turbines were compared with slip grid technology.The variation law of velocity,pressure and streamline in the three-dimensional flow field was analyzed,and the drag coefficient,lift coefficient and time history of the wind turbine under different wind speeds were analyzed.The difference of flow characteristics between convex and smooth wind turbines running at different wind speeds was discussed.The results show as follous When the wind speed of the convex hull type wind turbine is small,there is no drag reduction effect.When the wind speed increases,there is obvious drag reduction effect.The maximum drag reduction rate is 19.53%,but the fluctuation amount increases by 1.51%.The convex hull type wind wheel has obvious increase effect,and the increase rate increases greatly with the wind speed.The output power of the convex hull type wind wheel is obviously higher than that of the smooth type wind wheel,but as the wind speed increases,the power increase rate also gradually decreases.The research results have important significance and value for the research and application of unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of horizontal axis wind turbines.
