摘 要:在此研究中,笔者查阅了大量的文献资料,将研究群体定为7~10岁的少儿,由少儿女子体操运动员力量训练的外延与内涵理论入手,从多个角度诠释了在体操中速度力量所具备的特殊地位,对女子体操运动员的速度力量训练种类、速度力量训练特征等进行划分,并从少儿女子体操生理负荷特征、速度力量训练与动作结构、空间特征、时间特征等方面进行深入的研究。总结、归纳、创新女子体操力量速度训练方法,得出悬吊训练法对体操速度力量训练具有重要的作用,为深入研究女子体操运动员速度力量训练提供有意义的参考。In this study,the author consulted a large number of literature,and defined the research group as children aged 7-10.Then,starting from the extension and connotation theory of strength training for children's female gymnasts,the author interpreted the special position of speed strength in Gymnastics from many angles,and analyzed the types of speed strength training for children's women's gymnasts The characteristics of speed and strength training are divided,and the physiological load characteristics,movement structure,spatial characteristics and time characteristics of women's gymnastics are deeply studied.This paper sums up,sums up and innovate the innovation of the strength and speed training method of women's g ymnastics,and the application of suspension training method plays an important role in the speed and strength training of gymnastics.The purpose of this paper is to provide a meaningful reference for the further study of the speed and strength training of female gymnasts.
