摘　　要：排球运动作为技能主导类隔网对抗性项目,近年来比赛场上的节奏变化越来越快,排球比赛的观赏性也得到了较大提升,受到了人们的关注。现如今,球员身高优势越来越明显,网上高度的竞争也就越来越受到重视,导致对二传的培养更加困难。作为团队的灵魂,二传负责着球队的进攻和对对方进攻的有利反击,二传的竞技水平往往决定了整个球队的战术水平。该文运用文献资料法、视频观察法、数据统计法及对比分析法,以2019年世界女排联赛为例,细致分析了中国女排与其他四强队伍二传手传球组织效果的差别。In recent years,the rhythm of volleyball,as a skill dominant cross-net antagonistic sport,has been changing more and more rapidly.Therefore,the spectator value of volleyball has been greatly improved and attracted people's attention.Nowadays,the advantage of players'height is more and more obvious,and the online competition for height is more and more important,which makes it more difficult to develop the setter.As the soul of the team,the setter is responsible for the team's offense and the counterattack.The athletic level of a setter often determines the tactical level of the entire team.By using the method of literature,video observation,data statistics and comparative analysis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the differences in the organizational effects of setter passing between China's women's volleyball team and other teams in the final four of the world women's volleyball league in 2019.
