摘　　要：运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,基于我国全民健身活动存在的现实困境,梳理全民健身智慧化升级的价值功能与动力因素,提出实现路径。研究认为:全民健身智慧化升级有助于促进全民健身多主体协同治理,破解供给服务碎片化;再造精细化全民健身治理流程,整合粗放型治理模式;推动全民健身公共服务靶向化精准供给,提升供需适配性。以政策、技术、需求、竞争四维动力因素驱动全民健身工作智慧化升级,提出实现路径:完善多主体协同治理体系,形成全民健身工作共建共治共享治理格局;优化全民健身治理运作流程,提高组织运作效率;构建全民健身公共服务精准响应平台,高效匹配群众体育需求。Based on the current diffi culty of national fi tness activities in China,this article summarized the value functions and dynamic factors of the intelligent upgrade of national fitness by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,and proposed the realization path.The research concluded that the intelligent upgrade of national fi tness will promote the multi-subject collaborative governance of national fi tness and break the fragmentation of the main body of supply,rebuild the fi ne governance process of national fi tness service and integrate extensive governance model,promote the targeted and precise supply of public fi tness services to better match supply and demand.The four-dimensional force of policy,technology,demand,and competition drive the intelligent upgrade of national fi tness work.The realization path is proposed in this paper:We should improve the system of multi-subject collaborative governance,and form a governance pattern of joint construction,joint and shared governance for national fi tness work.We should optimize the operation process of national fitness governance and improve the efficiency of organization operation.We should also build an accurate response platform for public fi tness services to eff ectively match the demands of mass sports.
