摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,对体育健身与养老服务融合发展进行研究。体养融合的现实意义:提高老年人的体质和心理健康,增强老年人的幸福感;发挥体育的经济和社会价值,促进健康养老的实现;促进健康资源的融合,助力健康中国建设。体养融合的实践成效包括:出台推进发展的政策、形成具有代表性的实践模式;现实困境:理念认知不足,认同感缺乏;制度不健全,缺乏长效机制;复合型人才短缺,培养体系不完善。建议:实施理念创新工程,提高融合的能动效能;实施跨界合作治理工程,提高融合的有效性;实施人才支撑工程,提高融合的质量;实施科技创新工程,提高融合的精准性;实施“典型示范”建设工程,提高融合的规范性。By using the method of literature review,this paper studied the integrated development of sports fi tness and elderly care service.The integration of sports fi tness and elderly care service is benefi cial to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly and enhance their sense of happiness.It is benefi cial to bring the economic and social value of sports into full play and promote the elderly care.It will help to promote the integration of health resources and contribute to the healthy China construction.The practical achievements of the integration of sports fitness and elderly care service include the introduction of policies to promote development and the formation of a representative practice model.However,it is confronted with some diffi culty.For instance,there is lack of concept cognition and sense of identity.Its system is not perfect and lacks a long-term mechanism.There is the shortage of compound talents and training system is imperfect.This paper proposed the following suggestions:We should implement the concept innovation project to improve the dynamic effi ciency of integration,implement cross-border cooperative governance projects to improve the effectiveness of integration,implement talent support project to improve the quality of integration,implement scientific and technological innovation project to improve the accuracy of integration,implement the"typical demonstration"construction project to improve the standardization of integration.
