摘 要:目的了解轻中度阿尔兹海默病(AD)老年人自评生活质量现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2019年5—9月选取济南市2所综合性三级甲等医院神经内科门诊就诊的150例轻中度AD老年人及其主要照顾者为调查对象,采用自行设计的老年人一般情况调查表、主要照顾者一般情况调查表、AD生活质量量表、中国版失智功能障碍评估量表、蒙特利尔认知量表、简版老年抑郁量表、照顾负担量表以及神经精神症状问卷进行面对面调查。结果 AD老年人自评生活质量总得分为33.40±2.84,呈中等水平,影响因素主要有年龄、受教育程度、合并疾病种类、认知功能、抑郁情绪及照顾者负担(β=-0.086、0.531、-0.942、0.107、-0.258、-0.056,均P<0.05)。结论 AD老年人的生活质量不容乐观,积极改善AD老年人的身心健康状况,减轻照顾者照顾负担,有助于提高AD老年人的生活质量。Objective To study status of self-assessment quality of life(QOL) among the elderly with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer’s disease(AD),analyze its influencing factors. Methods From May to September 2019,a total of 150 elderly with mild-to-moderate AD and their primary caregivers selected from the neurology clinic of two general grade-A tertiary hospitals in Jinan City were investigated using a self-designed general information questionnaire,Quality of Life-Alzheimer’s Disease Scale,Chinese version of the Disability Assessment for Dementia,Montreal Cognitive Assessment,Geriatric Depression Scale-15,Zarit Burden Interview and Neuropsychiatric Inventory Questionnaire. Results The total score of self-assessment QOL among the elderly with AD was 33.40±2.84,showing an middle level. The influencing factors included age,education backgrounds, associated disease type,cognitive function and depression emotion of patients and caregiver burden (β=-0.086,0.531,-0.942,0.107,-0.258,-0.056,all P<0.05).Conclusion The QOL of the elderly with AD is not optimistic. It is helpful to enhance the QOL of the elderly with AD by actively improving the physical and mental health of patients and reduce the burden of caregivers.
