摘  要:为了实现转炉单渣留渣工艺终点不倒炉出钢,研究控制终点炉渣泡沫化程度。在理论分析影响炉渣泡沫化程度因素的基础上,通过生产试验研究了加料方式和终点枪位控制因素对120 t转炉炉渣泡沫化程度的影响,得到以下结论:改进转炉冶炼过程中石灰、轻烧白云石以及冷却剂的加入方式,同时确保终点压枪枪位和压枪时间,可以一定程度上降低转炉终点炉渣的泡沫化程度。采取上述措施后,莱钢银山型钢有限公司炼钢厂120 t转炉终点的出渣角度由优化工艺前平均75°增加到81.5°,转炉终点不倒炉倒渣出钢率由优化工艺前的50%增长到95%以上,出钢温度损失较常规倒渣出钢工艺降低了8~10℃。In order to realize the end point of the converter slag without slag,the slag degree of end point slag is studied.Based on theoretical analysis of factors affec ting the degree of foaming of slag,the influence of the feeding mode and the control factor of end point on the foaming degree of 120 t converter slag was studied through production experiments.The following conclusions were drawn:improving the adding method of lime,light dolomite and coolant in converter steelmaking process,and ensuring the end point of the gun and the time of pressing the gun.The foaming degree of converter slag at the end point can he reduced to a certain extent.After taking the above measures,the slag angle at the end of 120 t converter in the steelmaking plant of Laiwu Steel Yinshan Section Steel Co.,Ltd.is 75°Increased to 81.5°,At the end of the converter,the tapping rate without slag pouring increases from 50%to more than 95%,and the tapping temperature loss is reduced by 8〜10℃ compared with the conventional slag pouring process.
