摘  要:新型电力系统正向高比例新能源和高比例电力电子设备("双高")方向发展,电力电子设备引起的宽频电磁振荡日益显著。为了能够掌握宽频电磁振荡的动态变化行为,提出了能够适应多个电磁振荡模态的同步相量监测方法。该方法通过振荡模态监测环节从电压/电流信号中粗略筛选出振荡频率,以此频率作为中心频率自适应动态构建模态滤波器;然后对采集的电压/电流信号进行模态滤波,对滤波后的信号进行相量计算、校正和补偿,从而得到各电磁振荡模态的相量信息。最后,基于该算法设计了多模态电磁振荡监测装置,并通过理想数据和现场试验对装置的性能进行了验证。结果表明,该装置能够快速、准确地对多模态电磁振荡进行实时监测,满足同步相量测量装置标准的性能要求。Modern power systems are gradually developing towards a ‘double-high’ power system with high proportion of renewable energy and power electronics. The wide-band electromagnetic oscillation resulting from the interaction between the power electronics and the power grid presents in the double-high power system. A measurement method is proposed to monitor the dynamic behavior of this oscillation. This method can simultaneously measure multiple interharmonics. The modal detection link preliminarily screens out the dominant mode from the voltage and current signals. The frequencies of the dominant modes are used as the central frequency to build the mode filter dynamically, which is used to filter the voltage and current signals. The filtered signals then are given a phasor calculation, correction and compensation to obtain the precise phasors. Finally, a multimodal oscillation monitoring unit(MOMU) is designed, and its performance is tested. The results prove that the MOMU can quickly and accurately monitor the multiple models of the electromagnetic oscillation in the power system. The measurement results can meet the requirements of the synchronous phasor.
