摘 要:改革开放以来,我国经济飞速发展,城市化进程加快,新城区建设备受关注,旧城区更新也不容忽视。随着人们生活质量的提高、生活方式的转变,老旧居住区与现代生活之间逐渐出现诸多的矛盾或问题亟待解决。本文基于城市更新的背景,针对老旧居住区现存的问题,探讨了其失落空间的成因及类型,并从基本功能改造、宜居品质提升、社区氛围活化、监管机制建立的角度提出有针对性的解决方案,帮助老旧居住区重塑活力,以期为城市更新的规划实施提供参考。Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and the urbanization process has been accelerated.The construction of new urban areas has attracted much attention,and the renewal of old urban areas cannot be ignored.With the improvement of people's quality of life and the transformation of life style,many contradictions or problems between the old residential areas and modern life have gradually emerged.Based on the background of urban renewal,this paper discusses the causes and types of lost space in the old residential areas in view of the current situation,and from the perspective of basic function transformation,livable quality improvement,community atmosphere activation,and regulatory regime establishment,put forward targeted solutions to help the old residential areas to rebuild vitality,in order to provide reference for urban renewal planning implementation.
