摘 要:机场是一个以运行管理为主的服务保障单位,要求建筑材料尽量采用“能场外、不场内;能预制、不现浇”的形式,减少因施工时间长对机场运行的影响。机场飞行区内航空器及其他保障设备运行噪声大,要求建筑围护结构有较高的隔声性能,为旅客及工作人员提供一个健康安静的舒适环境。机场飞行区内水、电、暖改造施工经常涉及穿越跑道、滑行道等区域,对航空器运行影响大,亟需找到一种解决替代方案来缓解这种安全压力。因此,本文简要阐述了装配式建筑施工技术的特点,并分析了首都机场东区机坪管制塔台生活设施改善项目实际案例,体现了装配式建筑在首都机场绿色环保方面的应用优势。The airport is a service and guarantee unit based on operation management.It requires us to use construction materials that are“off-site instead of on-site,prefabricated instead of casting in place”as far as possible,which can reduce the impact of long construction time on airport operation.Aircraft and other supporting equipment operating in the airport flight area are noisy,which requires the building envelope to have high sound insulation performance,providing a pleasant,healthy and quiet comfortable environment for the passengers and staff.The reconstruction of water,electricity and heat in the airfield often involves crossing the runway,taxiway and other areas,which has a great impact on the operation of aircraft.Therefore,it is urgent to find an alternative solution to alleviate the safety pressure.Therefore,this paper briefly expounds the characteristics of prefabricated building construction technology,and analyzes the practical case of the improvement project of living facilities of the apron control tower in the east part of the Capital Airport,reflecting the application advantages of prefabricated building in the green environment protection of the Capital Airport.
