摘  要:为了实现能源的合理化利用,使集中供热变流量系统能够更加合理的调控,通过控制温度和压差改善系统控制的有效性。针对变流量系统提出了不同的压差控制方法,对其进行寻优,利用模糊综合评价方法从系统运行能耗、水力失调时刻数、控制点与热源距离、运行最差支路平均流量四个方面对控制方案进行评价,寻找最优控制方案。通过对青岛某热力站进行实例应用,对其控制方案进行合理评价。结果表明,采用温度和压差为基础的控制可以使系统稳定运行,模糊综合评价方法不仅弥补了变流量系统运行的优化控制缺乏真实可靠的数据库的问题,还可以优选出系统的最优控制方案,可见制定并优选出合理的调节控制方案对于集中供热系统稳定运行至关重要。In order to realize the rational utilization of energy source and make the variable flow system for central heating more reasonable,the effectiveness of the system control is improved by controlling over the temperature and pressure difference.Different pressure difference control schemes are proposed and optimized for the variable flow system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the control schemes in the aspects of the energy consumption of system operation,the number of hydraulic imbalance moments,the distance between the control points and the heat sources,and the average flow of the worst branch in operation,so as to find the optimal control scheme.By the application in a certain thermal power station in Qingdao,the control schemes are evaluated reasonably.The results show that the control scheme based on temperature and pressure difference can make the system run stably.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not only make up for the lack of real and reliable database in the optimal control of variable flow system,but also figure out the optimal control scheme of the system.It can be seen that the formulation and optimization of the reasonable regulation and control scheme is very important for the stable operation of a centralized heating system.
