摘  要:华裔新生代华文教师是海外华文教师的新生力量和未来海外华文教育发展的中流砥柱。缅甸华裔新生代华文教师根据自身生活经验形成了“嵌入”与“游离”两种主要的生存策略,且呈现出“游离”增强的样态。两种不同策略是新生代为应对复杂的局势、华校的地方性质和管理措施、家庭角色而采取的方式。同时,他们通过与华文的关系定位、同辈群体的参照、自我期待来获得生存的动力和相对稳定的社会联结。他们的生存策略既是自我和家庭的选择,又是特定地方社会及华文教育共同生成的产物,还是其对中华文化的一种态度。The Second descent generation of Chinese teachers is the new force of overseas Chinese teachers and the mainstay of future development of Chinese education overseas.From interviews by 20 new-generation Chinese teachers in Myanmar,it is found that they have formed two main life strategies of“embedding”and“dissociation”based on their own life experience,and the“dissociation”is enhanced.Two different strategies are adopted by the new generation to deal with the complicated Myanmar domestic situation,the qualification and management measures of local Myanmar Chinese school as well as the role of their family.Meanwhile,they obtain the motivation for survival and a relatively stable social connection through their relationship with the Chinese language,peer group references,and self-expectation.Their life strategies are not only the choice of self and family,but the consequences of their local society,and Myanmar Chinese education,even their attitude towards Chinese culture.
