摘  要:随着钻井废弃泥浆及岩屑业务的不断开展,在泥浆不落地处理业务中,泥浆经过筛分搅拌、加药破稳、固液分离等工艺取得剩余液相和固相。其中液相送往联合站进行深度处理,固相即残土一般暂时堆放在残土存储区。由于残土年产量较大,堆放环保要求较高,而且在处置上也面临很多合规事项。指出了残土的来源,阐述了泥浆残土资源化利用的必要性,在检测指标合格的基础上,探讨了泥浆残土资源化利用的途径,并分析了泥浆残土资源化利用的趋势,可为油田水基泥浆处理后的固相残土有效处置提供参考。In the treatment of waste drilling mud and cuttings,the residual liquid phase and solid phase are obtained by screening and mixing,adding chemicals to break the stability,solid-liquid separation and other processes.The liquid phase is sent to the combined station for advanced treatment,and the solid phase,the so-called residual soil,is generally temporarily stacked in the residual soil storage area.Due to the large annual output of residual soil and high environmental protection requirements,there are many compliance issues in disposal.This paper expounds the necessity of the utilization of the residual soil of mud,probes into the ways of the utilization of the residual soil on the basis of the qualified test indexes,and analyzes the trend of the utilization of the residual soil,which can provide reference for the effective disposal of the solid residual soil after the treatment of the oilfield water-based mud.
