摘 要:渤海油田低效井治理侧钻新井位存在裸眼段超长,尾管下入无法到达设计井深的难题,受老井眼尺寸和经济效益的影响,无法有效开发储层。通过对尾管下入遇阻原因进行分析,提出了“马达+倒划眼齿扶正器+水力振荡器”底部钻具组合,释放机械钻速,降低摩阻,促进岩屑上返;优选了BIODRILL A钻井液体系,增强了悬浮携砂能力,提高了润滑性能;优化了尾管串组合,选用可划眼浮鞋及高抗扭CLS扣型尾管,在尾管下入遇阻时可通过划眼及旋转下入;同时也提出了实时监测井底ECD、优化井眼轨迹等超长裸眼段水平井尾管下入技术。目前,该配套技术已成功将秦皇岛32-6油田5口裸眼段长度超过1700 m、稳斜角大于53°的超长裸眼水平井尾管顺利下入,实现了储层有效开发的目的,超长裸眼尾管下入技术的成功应用,对后续渤海油田低产低效井治理具有重要的指导意义。In the treatment of low efficiency wells in Bohai oilfield,the open hole section of new sidetracking well location is too long,and the liner can not reach the designed well depth.Affected by the size of the old well hole and the economic benefit,the reservoir can not be developed effectively.The following technical measures for the liner running of the horizontal wells with super-long open hole section are put forward based on the analysis of the causes of the liner running resistance:(1)The bottom hole assembly of"motor+backreaming tooth centralizer+hydraulic oscillator"is adopted to improve ROP,reduce friction and promote cuttings return.(2)BIODRILL A drilling fluid system is selected to enhance the suspended sand carrying capacity of drilling fluid and improve the lubrication performance of drilling fluid.(3)The liner string combination is optimized.Reaming float shoe and the CLS buckle liner of high torsion resistance are selected.When the liner runs into resistance,the liner tripping-in can be realized through reaming and rotating.(4)Real time monitoring of bottom hole and optimization of well trajectory are proposed.At present,the matching technology has been successfully used in the liner running of five ultra long open hole horizontal wells in Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield.The length of open hole section is more than 1700 m,and the well deviation angle is more than 53°.The effective development of reservoir has been realized,and the technical measures have important guiding significance for the follow-up treatment of low production and low efficiency wells in Bohai oilfield.
