摘  要:针对无法实施内检测的油气管道,参照NACE SP 0116—2016标准的评价流程,对某管道进行了内腐蚀直接评价。采用Norsok M506内腐蚀模型,通过OLGA软件模拟了不同参数对腐蚀速率的影响,发现6.85~7.85 km处的腐蚀最为严重,与室内挂片实验进行对比,两者腐蚀速率的相对误差为15.2%,符合标准的误差要求;根据检测结果确定了管道再评估的周期为1年,评价过程和评价方法对预测多相流管道内腐蚀高危点具有一定的借鉴意义。For the oil and gas pipelines that can not be inspectedinternally,their internal corrosion is directly evaluated according to the evaluation process of NACE SP 0116-2016 standard.The influence of different parameters on the corrosion rate of a pipeline was simulated by OlGA software using Norsok M506 internal corrosion model.The result shows that the corrosion is the most serious at 6.85~7.85 km.Compared with the corrosion rate obtained by coupon testing,the relative error of the simulation result is 15.2%,which meets the error requirement in the standard.According to the test results,the re evaluation period of the pipeline is 1 year.The evaluation process and evaluation method are of certain reference significance for predicting the high-risk corrosion points in multiphase flow pipelines.
