摘  要:目的研究医学生抑郁障碍心理健康素养现状及心理健康教育干预效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月本校在校学生共300名作为研究对象,以数字随机抽取法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各150名。对照组开展常规健康教育;研究组开展1个月心理健康教育,调查其抑郁障碍心理健康素养现状,并对比组间干预结果,主要包括CES-D评分、抑郁障碍阳性检出率以及抑郁障碍心理健康素养评分较。结果干预后,研究组CES-D评分、抑郁障碍阳性检出率较对照组明显更低,而抑郁障碍心理健康素养评分较对照组均更高,(P<0.05)。结论当前医学生的抑郁障碍发生率仍处在较高水平,而通过心理健康教育可以提升其抑郁障碍心理健康素养,减少抑郁障碍的发生。Objective To study the status of mental health literacy of depression disorder among medical students and the effect of mental health education intervention.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, a total of 300 students in our school were selected as the research object. Now, a numerical random selection method was used to make peer grouping. The reference group(n=150) adopted routine health education. The study group(n=150) carried out mental health education for one month.The status of mental health literacy of depression disorder of the two groups were investigated, and compared the results of intervention between groups, which mainly including CES-D score, positive detection rate of depression disorder and mental health literacy score of depression disorder.Results After intervention, the CES-D score and the positive rate of depression disorder in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the mental health literacy score of depression disorder was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of depression among medical students is still at a high level, and mental health education could improve their mental health literacy and reduce the occurrence of depression.
