在校大学生临终关怀认知现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解在校大学生临终关怀认知现状及其影响因素。方法对178例大学生进行临终关怀认知现状问卷调查。结果大学生临终关怀知识多来自学校教学(64.0%),通过社团或社会团体途径了解最低(5.0%);大学生临终关怀知识问卷平均分为(18.36±1.21)分,正确率为69.27%,其中临终关怀心理精神知识得分最高,疼痛管理知识方得分最低;逐步多元线性回归结果显示大学生临终关怀知识影响因素分别是专业、临床实习经历、临终病人接触史(P<0.05),临床实习时间与临终关怀知识各维度以及总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论大学生对临终关怀知识了解不够,疼痛管理知识有待提高。此外专业、临床实习经历以及临终病人接触史对大学生临终关怀认知现状有影响。Objective To explore the status quo of cognition on hospice care among university studentsand its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey on the cognition on hospice care was conducted among 178 university students.Results Mostlyuniversity studentslearned hospice care knowledge from school teaching(64.0%),the mass organization or social group approach accounted the lowest(5.0%);The average score of cognition on hospice care questionnaire among university students was(18.36±1.21)scores,the accuracy of the questionnaire was 69.27%;the scores of mental knowledge were the highest,and the scores of the pain management knowledge were the lowest;Stepwise multivariate linear regression analysis showed that major,clinical practice experience,hospice contact history were influencing factors of cognition on hospice care among university students(P<0.05);the time of clinical practice was positively correlated with the dimension scores and total score of hospice care knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusions The awareness of hospice care is not rich enough,and pain management knowledge among university students required to improve.Besides,major,clinical practice experience and hospice contact history has an impact on the cognitive status of hospice care among university students.
