改良经口气管插管固定方式在ICU中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良经口气管插管固定方式在ICU临床中的应用效果。方法选择2019年6月—2020年4月入住福建省某三甲医院ICU病房、经口气管插管的患者120例作为研究对象,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各60例。观察组采用改良气管插管固定法,对照组采用传统气管插管固定法。比较两种固定方法操作时所需时间、患者面部皮肤医源性损伤及口腔清洁度等。结果采用的改良经口气管插管固定方法的观察组在执行气管插管护理时所需的时间明显短于对照组,同时患者面部皮肤出现医源性损伤较对照组明显减少,且患者口腔清洁度及舒适度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良经口气管插管固定方式能够提高患者的清洁度及舒适度,降低并发症,提高护理工作效率,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of improved orotracheal intubation fixation in ICU.Methods A total of 120 patients those were admitted to the ICU ward and underwent orotracheal intubation in a grade A hospital in Fujian province from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according torandom number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The modified endotracheal intubation method was used in the observation group and the traditional endotracheal intubation method was used in the control group.The operation time,iatrogenic facial skin injury and oral cleanliness were compared between the two methods.Results The time needed to perform endotracheal intubation care in the observation group that adopted the modified orotracheal intubation fixation methodwas significantly shorter than that in the control group.Meanwhile,iatrogenic facial skin lesions in patients in observation group were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and oral cleanliness and comfort degree in patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified orotracheal intubation fixation method could improve the cleanliness and comfort of patients,reduce complications and improve the efficiency of nursing work,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
