摘 要:目的探索压缩感知(CS)技术高倍数加速因子对颈动脉3D-TOF-MRA序列图像质量的影响。方法招募健康志愿者22例[男15例,平均(54.41±18.18)岁],3.0T MR行颈动脉3D-TOF扫描,以传统的SENSE=1.6为A组,分别设CS=4、6、8为B、C、D组。扫描时间分别是258 s、206 s、138 s、106 s。在颈动脉分叉以下3个层面的两侧血管以及胸锁乳突肌勾画感兴趣区,测量其信号强度(SI)和噪声强度(SD),计算图像信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)。在相同3个层面测量两侧颈总动脉最大径与最小径。由两名放射科医师用四分法对四组重建图像进行图像质量评分。Wilcoxon检验两侧SNR、CNR的差异性,若无差异,选择左侧进行下一步的检验。使用Kappa检验两观察者评分的一致性,若一致性良好,选择高年资医师主观评分进行后续分析。使用Kruskal-Wallis检验4组SNR、CNR、两侧颈总动脉最大径、最小径以及主观评分的差异性。若差异性有统计学意义,使用Mann-Whitney U检验进行两两比较。结果4组测量数据两侧SNR、CNR差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。两观察者图像质量主观评分一致性良好(P=0.880)。4组的SNR、CNR、两侧颈总动脉最大径和最小径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),主观评分差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。A组与B、C组主观评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与D组差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论颈动脉3D-TOF序列随着加速因子CS的增加,扫描时间逐渐降低。CS=6对比SENSE=1.6,在确保图像质量前提下,扫描时间降低了46.51%,临床推荐使用CS=6行颈部3D-TOF序列扫描。Objective Exploring the impact of compressed SENSE(CS)on the image quality of carotid 3 D-TOF-MRA sequences.Methods 22 healthy volunteers(15 males,54.41±18.18 years,)were enrolled for carotid artery MRI at 3.0 T.Each subject underwent a series of 3 D-TOF scan with varying acceleration factors:SENSE=1.6,CS=4,CS=6,and CS=8,and the resulting images were categorized into 4 groups(A,B,C,D).Scan durations for groups A to D were 258 s,206 s,138 s,106 s,respectively.Regions of interest for measurement of signal intensity,standard deviation and maximum and minimum diameter of common carotid arteryfrom the blood vessels and the sternocleidomastoid muscleat both sides of the three levels below the carotid bifurcation,based on which signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast to noise ratio(CNR)were calculated for all volunteers.Asemi-quantitative 4-point scoring system was used by the two radiologists to assess the image quality of the four groups.The Wilcoxon test was used to evaluate the difference of SNR and CNR on both sides.If there is no difference,choose the left side to proceed to the next step.The Kappa test was used to evaluate the consistency of the scores between the two radiologists.If the consistency was good,we selected the subjective scores of senior physicians forsubsequentanalysis.The Kruskal-Wallis test was used to assess the difference of SNR,CNR,the largest and smallest diameters of the common carotid arteries andscore between the 4 Groups.The Mann-Whitney U test was used to make a pairwise comparison.Results There were no significant differences between SNR and CNR on the left and right sides of the four groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in SNR,CNR,the largest and smallest diameters of the common carotid arteries between the four groups(P>0.05),and the difference in subjective scores was statistically significant(P=0.00).There was no statistically significant difference in subjective score between group A and group B and C(P>0.05),and the difference between group A and grou
