城市规模对城市化区域发展协调性的影响

摘　　要：在双循环与成渝地区双城经济圈建设成为国家战略的大背景下,构建了城市化区域协调发展指数,研究城市规模对城市化区域发展协调性的影响。本文发现,城市规模扩大、初期城市化区域发展协调性水平较高;城市规模达到一定程度时,城市化区域发展协调性水平较低;城市规模超过一定程度后,城市化区域发展协调性会上升。研究发现,城市规模与城市化区域发展协调性间的关系满足“U”型曲线关系,在城市规模扩大初期应更加强调宏观调控的作用以促进小城市的充分发展,而在城市规模超过一定程度后,更强调市场机制的自发调节作用,以使城市能够更好地发挥规模经济效应,而城市规模达到一定程度时,应强调政府调控的作用,以解决城市发展过程中所面临的一系列问题。Under the national development pattern of a dual circulation and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,the coordinated development index of the urbanized area was built,implicating the impact of urban scale on the development coordination of urbanization.It is found that the result conforms to the theoretical expectations of this paper:the development coordination of urbanized area is comparatively high as urban scale expands;it becomes comparatively low when urban scale reaches a certain degree;and it enhances after urban scale exceeds the such degree.As the relationship between urban scale and development coordination of urbanization is shown as a Ushape curve,it is required that,in the initial stage of urbanization expansion,the macro-regulatory control should be stronger to promote the full development of small cities,that the spontaneous adjustment of the market mechanism should be emphasized to better exert the effect of scale economies,and that it should emphasize the role of government regulation to solve the problems emerging in the process of urban development.
