摘 要:战斗部穿甲姿态是影响其装药安定性的重要因素,为揭示弹形参数对战斗部斜穿甲姿态的影响,采用非线性动力学数值计算软件LS-DYNA对战斗部斜侵彻均质钢板过程进行了数值模拟。通过数值计算分析了战斗部CRH、弹尾构型、长径比和质心位置对战斗部斜侵彻钢板过程姿态偏转的影响规律。研究发现:减小战斗部CRH、采用收敛形尾部、增加战斗部长径比、质心前置有利于减小战斗部斜穿甲过程姿态变化,增加战斗部穿甲过程的稳定性。研究结果可为低易损半穿甲战斗部的研制开发提供参考。The armor-piercing attitude of the warhead is an important factor affecting the stability of its charge.In order to reveal the influence of the projectile parameters on the attitude of projectile obliquely penetrating into steel target,the oblique penetration behavior of the projectile was studied numerically by using the finite element software LS-DYNA.The influence of CRH,tail shape,aspect ratio and centroid position of the projectile on the ballistic stability during projectile penetrating into the steel target was analyzed by numerical calculation.It reveals that reducing the CRH,adopting the convergent tail,increasing the aspect ratio of the projectile,and moving the centroid position forward were benificial to reduce the attitude change of the projectile and increasing stability of the armour-piercing process.The results can provide references for the research and development of low-vulnerability semi-armor-piercing warheads.
