阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿尿路感染的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿尿路感染的临床效果及安全性。方法:2018年9月-2020年9月收治尿路感染患儿236例,随机分为两组,各118例。对照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,试验组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿莫西林克拉维酸钾可有效改善尿路感染患儿病情,抑制炎症因子释放,且不良反应较少。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of urinary tract infection in children.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2020,236 children with urinary tract infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 118 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium.The experimental group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.We compared the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amoxicillin clavulanate potassium can effectively improve the condition of children with urinary tract infection,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,and it has less adverse reactions.
