结核感染T细胞斑点试验在HIV/AIDS合并结核感染诊断中的应用灵敏度研究

摘　　要：目的:分析应用结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT.TB)在HIV/AIDS合并结核感染诊断中的灵敏度。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年11月门诊HIV/AIDS合并结核感染患者35例和单纯性结核感染患者50例,对85例患者均实施T-SPOT.TB与结核菌素试验(PPD),对比诊断情况。结果:T-SPOT.TB的阳性率显著高于PPD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T-SPOT.TB与PPD检验的敏感性并无差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:T-SPOT.TB检测的结果更为准确,具有较高的特异性、准确性,可作为临床诊断HIV/AIDS合并结核感染的主要方法。Objective:To explore the sensitivity of T cell spot test for tuberculosis infection in the diagnosis of HIV/AIDS complicated with tuberculosis infection.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,35 outpatients with HIV/AIDS complicated with tuberculosis infection and 50 patients with simple tuberculosis infection were selected,T-SPOT.TB and PPD skin test were performed in 85 patients to compare the diagnosis.Results:The positive rate of T-SPOT.TB was significantly higher than that of PPD,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between T-SPOT.TB and PPD(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of T-SPOT.TB are more accurate,with high specificity and accuracy,it can be used as the main method for clinical diagnosis of HIV/AIDS complicated with tuberculosis infection.
