摘  要:目的:探讨综合护理干预应用于小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治小儿重症肺炎患儿96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用综合护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组退热时间、肺啰音消失时间及咳嗽消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿重症肺炎患儿实施综合护理干预,可以有效缩短患者症状恢复时间,提高治疗效果,有效促进患儿生活质量恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with severe pneumonia.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,96 children with severe pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the fever abatement time,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales and cough were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after the intervention,the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with severe pneumonia,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively shorten the recovery time of symptoms,improve the treatment effect,and effectively promote the recovery of children’s quality of life.
