摘　　要：目的观察二甲双胍、来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)不孕症的疗效。方法选取2016年至2018年本院60例PCOS不孕症患者作为研究对象,依照治疗方案的差异分为两组,对照组30例给予二甲双胍+来曲唑治疗,观察组30例给予二甲双胍、来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗,比较两组PCOS不孕症患者的妊娠率以及不同时间点的卵泡直径,对两组临床疗效情况进行对照分析,观察对比治疗前后两组内分泌激素指标的变化。结果治疗后观察组在妊娠率方面显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在排卵前3d至排卵日,观察组患者的卵泡直径均明显大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后内分泌激素指标的变化较对照组更为明显(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍、来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗PCOS不孕症的疗效确切,可显著改善内分泌激素水平,增大卵泡直径,提高妊娠率。Objective:To observe the efficacy of metformin and letrozole combined with dextroprogesterone in the treatment of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS).Methods:60 patients with PCOS infertility in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment regimen.30 patients in the control group were treated with metformin plus letrozole,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with metformin and letrozole combined with dextroprogesterone.The pregnancy rate and follicular diameter at different time points were compared between the two groups,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The changes of endocrine hormone indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the pregnancy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diameter of follicles in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group from 3 days before ovulation to the day of ovulation(P<0.01).The clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the change of endocrine hormone index of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin and letrozole combined with dextroprogesterone is effective in the treatment of PCOS infertility,which can significantly improve the level of endocrine hormones,increase the diameter of follicles and increase the pregnancy rate.
