超声介入与X线介入行经皮肝穿胆道引流术的临床价值对比研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究超声介入与X线介入行经皮肝穿胆道引流术的临床应用价值和效果。方法抽取120例接受经皮肝穿胆道引流术的患者作为本次调查研究的对象,根据介入方法的不同,将所有的患者分为超声组与X线组,超声组采用超声介入引导的方式,X线组采用X线介入引导的方式,将两组患者的手术效果进行对比分析。结果手术效果的对比依据主要是黄疸指标的变化情况,调查数据结果表示,X线组患者的黄疸指标相较于超声组来说更为良好,具有明显的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗安全性的对比依据为并发症发生率,调查数据结果显示,X线组的并发症发生率较超声组来说较低,具有明显的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究结果表明,在经皮肝穿胆道引流术中采用超声介入与X线介入的方式,能够有效提升手术效果,但是X线组介入引导下的手术质量更好,是最为有效的介入方案。Objective:To investigate the clinical application value and effect of ultrasound and X-ray intervention in percutaneous hepatic drainage through biliary tract.Method:120 cases with extraction in patients undergoing percutaneous liver biopsy biliary drainage as the research object,according to the different method of intervention,all patients can be divided into the ultrasound group and X quad,ultrasound guided by ultrasonic intervention group,X quad with the method of X-ray intervention guide,compare two groups of patients with surgery effect analysis.Results:The comparison of surgical effect was mainly based on the changes of jaundice indexes.The survey data showed that the jaundice indexes of patients in the X-ray group were better than those in the ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison of the treatment safety of the two groups of patients was based on the incidence of complications.The survey data showed that the incidence of complications in the X-ray group was lower than that in the ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study results show that the use of ultrasound intervention and X-ray intervention in percutaneous hepatic drainage can effectively improve the surgical effect,but the surgical quality under the guidance of X-ray intervention is better,and it is the most effective intervention plan.
