摘  要:PTCR热敏电阻具有成本低、自动恒温发热的特点,在多个领域获得了应用。以低电压、低电阻型PTCR热敏电阻作为研究对象,研制出既可以制热,又可以自馈温的传感器。它充分利用了PTCR的阻-温特性,配合精密测量和数据处理,通过一定的校正手段,最后封装成为整体。样机在制热效率上提升了60%,能耗降低了30%,满量程时的自馈温精度提高了2个数量级,因此有很高的实用价值。PTCR thermistor has the characteristics of low cost and automatic constant temperature heating,which has been applied in many fields.The low voltage and low resistance PTCR thermistor was taken as the research object,and a sensor which can produce heat and self feeding temperature was developed.It made full use of the resistance temperature characteristics of PTCR,with precise measurement and data processing,through certain correction means,finally packaged into a whole.The heating efficiency of the prototype is increased by 60%,the energy consumption is reduced by 30%,and the self feeding temperature accuracy at full scale is improved by two orders of magnitude,so it has high practical value.
