摘  要:针对工程结构振动无线监测上传数据过多的问题,提出了基于LoRa的机电设备结构振动远程监测系统。通过MEMS三轴加速度计采集机电设备的振动信息,微控制器STM32对振动信息进行分析处理。为了适应低功耗、远距离物联网监测的要求,利用实时处理数据的边缘计算技术,只提取振动主频、阻尼比等主要特征参数并通过LoRa网络传输至服务器。实验结果表明:研制的机电设备结构振动远程监测系统功能完善,具备较高的实时性,能够精确监测机电设备的振动情况。Aiming at the problem of excessive uploading data for wireless monitoring of engineering structure vibration,a LoRa-based remote monitoring system for mechanical and electrical equipment structure vibration was proposed.The MEMS three-axis accelerometer collected the vibration information of the electromechanical equipment,and the microcontroller STM32 analyzed and processed the vibration information.In order to meet the requirements of low power consumption and long-distance IoT monitoring,edge computing technology that processes data in real time was used to extract only main characteristic parameters such as vibration frequency and damping ratio and transmit them to the server through LoRa network.The experimental results show that the developed mechanical and electrical equipment structural vibration remote monitoring system has perfect functions,high real-time performance,and can accurately monitor the vibration of mechanical and electrical equipment.
