摘  要:为实现铅笔颜色自动化测量的目的,研制了基于颜色传感器的彩色铅笔自动分选系统。使用STC89C52为主控芯片,TCS3200传感器为颜色采集模块,采集铅笔的颜色并以R、G、B分量形式输出数字信号传给主控芯片进行处理。LCD显示模块展示颜色检测结果和RGB分量值,LED指示模块实时展示系统目前的运行状态。软件部分包括主程序、白平衡标定程序以及颜色采集程序。通过对系统的不同颜色纸张检测效率的分析以及RGB颜色分量数据的处理,证明系统能够精准、快速、可靠地检测彩色铅笔的颜色以达到分类的功能。In order to realize the purpose of automatic pencil color measurement,a color pencil automatic sorting system based on color sensor was developed.The STC89C52 was used as the main control chip,and the TCS3200 sensor was as the color acquisition module,which collected the color of the pencil and outputted digital signals in the form of R,G,and B components to the main control chip for processing.The LCD display module displayed the color detection results and RGB component values,and the LED indicator module displayed the current operating status of the system in real time.The software part included the main program,white balance calibration program and color acquisition program.Through the analysis of the system s detection efficiency of different colored papers and the processing of RGB color component data,experiments show that the system can accurately,quickly and reliably detect the colors of colored pencils to achieve the classification function.
